1. ПРЕДМЕТ

Чл. 1. (1) Тези общи условия регулират връзката между Реалина ЕООД, ЕИК 203093150, със седалище в гр. Поморие, ул. „Морска“ 52 („Реалина ЕООД“ или „Реалина“) и Посетителите на уеб-сайта http://realina.com („Сайта“).

(2) С достъпа и зареждането на Сайта, Посетителите изразяват съгласие да бъдат обвързани от тези общи условия и всички бъдещи промени в тях, като се задължават да ги спазват.

Art. 3. Realina's website provides Visitors with information about Realina's activities, services and prices, as well as access to published offers, news and publications.

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Art. 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Realina and are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Intellectual property objects may not be used without the prior written consent of Realina.

(2) Images on the Site and other visual elements representing intellectual property may not be copied, used or reproduced without the prior written consent of Realina.

(3) The unauthorized use of materials on the Site without the permission of Realina shall be subject to civil, administrative and criminal liability under Bulgarian law.

Art. 5. (1) Realina does not allow the reproduction of the content of the Site through visualization on other sites, including in frame.

(2) Linking to materials on the Site from other sites is permissible in good morals and commercial practice, without misrepresenting the authorship of Realina.

1. ЗАЩИТА НА ЛИЧНИТЕ ДАННИ

Art. 6. (1) Realina shall take measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Policy published on the Site.

(2) Realina does not transmit identifying information to third parties and does not require registration to access the Site.

(3) Съгласието за обработка на личните данни се предоставя изрично за определени случаи, цели и категории данни.

1. ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ НА ОБЩИТЕ УСЛОВИЯ

Чл. 7. (1) Тези Общи условия могат да бъдат променяни от Реалина по всяко време чрез публи

куване на измененията на Сайта, съобщение до Посетителите за промените.

(2) Changes in the terms and conditions apply to all Visitors from the moment of their publication by Realina.

1. ОГРАНИЧАВАНЕ НА ОТГОВОРНОСТТА

Art. 8. (1) Realina provides access to the content of the Site as it is, without guarantees for the achievement of the objectives of the Visitors, as well as for the reliability and timeliness of the information at any time.

(2) Realina shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the materials on the Site.

(3) Realina shall not be liable for damages caused by Visitors to third parties when using the Site.

VII. OTHER PROVISIONS

Art. 9. Visitors are obliged to respect the ethical norms and not to violate the reputation of Realina when using the Site and its materials.

Art. 10. All matters not provided for in these General Terms and Conditions relating to the performance and interpretation of the Contract shall be settled in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.
