Fees for the purchase and sale of real estate

When making a purchase and sale of real estate, the parties shall pay fees, the amount of which is fixed in the Tariff for Notarial Fees.
1. Notary fee - from the Tariff for Notary Fees under the Notaries and Notarial Activities Act
Up to 100 BGN. 30.00 lv.
From 101 to 1 000 lv. 30.00 1.5 per cent for the amount above BGN 100
From BGN 1 001 to BGN 10 000 43.50 1.3 per cent for the above BGN 1 000.
From BGN 10 001 to BGN 50 000 480.50 0.5 per cent for the above BGN 10 000.
From BGN 50 001 to BGN 100 000. 730.50 0.2 per cent for the amount above BGN 50 000
From 100 001 to 500 000 BGN. 160.50 0.8 per cent for the amount above BGN 100 000
Over 500 000 BGN. 1 530.50 0.1 per cent for the excess over BGN 100 000, but not more than BGN 6 000
2. Local tax - 2% of the agreed sale price of the property, or on the tax assessment if it is higher than the sale price of the property.
3. Entry fee - 0,1% of the certified material interest /sale price of the real estate/, but not less than 5 (five) BGN.

FEES FOR THE RECEIPT OF PROPERTY BY DONATION

1. Notary fee - calculated according to a certain scale and paid as a percentage of the certified material interest /tax valuation of the transferred real estate/.
2. Local fee - a percentage of the certified material interest /tax valuation of the transferred real estate/. In case of donation between:
- Relatives in direct line and between spouses - free of charge since 01.01.2006.
- Brothers, sisters and nephews - 0.7%
- Third parties - 5%
3. Registration fee - 0,1% of the certified material interest /tax valuation of the donated real estate/, but not less than 5 (five) leva.

FEES WHEN CARRYING OUT A FACT CHECK

1. Notary fee - calculated according to a certain scale and paid as a percentage of the certified material interest /tax valuation of the real estate/.
2. Fee for registration - 0,1% of the certified material interest / tax valuation of the real estate / but not less than 5 (five) leva

FEES FOR PROPERTY DIVISION

1. Notary fee - calculated on a certain scale and paid on the enlarged share of the real estate.
2. Fee for registration - 0,1% of the certified material interest/ the tax valuation of the enlarged share of the immovable property/ but not less than 5 /five/ leva.

MORTGAGE ORIGINATION FEES

- CONTRACT
1. Notarial fee - it is calculated according to a certain scale and is paid as a percentage of the certified material interest.
2. Entry fee - 0,1% of the certified material interest.

- LEGAL
1. Notary fee - 15% of notary fee
2. Entry fee - 0,1% of the certified material interest
