Selling and buying a property is a time-consuming process, sometimes lasting for months. For us, it is primarily an expenditure of time and money marketing and advertising the property, organizing and conducting viewings, verifying ownership, legal advice and successfully completing the transaction on terms acceptable to the seller and buyer.

Bulgaria, urban properties:
For our mediation efforts, a fee of 3% of the agreed purchase price of the property, but not less than EUR 1000.00, is payable only after the conclusion of the preliminary/notarial contract. In case of rental - one-off, half of the agreed rental price.

Bulgaria, resort properties:
For mediation in the purchase of properties in summer and winter resorts in Bulgaria, in most cases the commission is borne by the seller, so the buyer has no mediation costs. For further questions and information please contact us.

Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Greece:
We charge 4,5% to the buyer for our mediation in the purchase of properties in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Greece, payable only after the conclusion of the notarial deed.

Europe:
We charge 5,5% to the buyer for our brokerage services in the purchase of properties in the rest of Europe, payable only after the conclusion of the deed.

Assistance with financing:
We work together with the most prominent banks and independent financial brokers, with whom we find the most advantageous conditions for financing your desired property. No consultation fee.
